Return Policy for Lola Von Vega 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within seven (7) days of receipt. The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). 

All items must be received by LOLA VON VEGA in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to not accept returns and send the Product back to you.

Your returned Products are usually received and accepted at our shop within seven (7) working days after drop off. Our Quality Check team will take up to two (2) working days to process your return. A refund shall be issued shortly after we receive your items, according to the preferred refund method indicated on your return slip. We will refund you via wallet credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. In the event where you prefer to be refunded by different means please contact our Customer Service Team here and we will try our best to assist you.

How long does it take to process an order? 

When you place an order, our system will calculate the shipping cost based on your item weight, size and order value. Depending on the availability of the goods, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. 

Lola Von Vega makes every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect but we are trying. 

FREE SHIPPING is available within Hong Kong SAR on orders over HK$500. 

Order Processing 

• We ship from Hong Kong. 
• We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock. 
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped. 
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products may not be shipped to all international destinations. 

For International, we ship all international packages through DHL Express.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items are weight-based. The estimated packed weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. 

Import Duties 

Some international destinations may require import duties. Buyers are responsible for the import duties. Import Duties varies from product to product, and its destinations.

When ordering from lolavonvega.com, buyers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the country of destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the country of destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lola Von Vega has no control over these charges, nor can Lola Von Vega predict what they may be.
